Our 15-Day Happiness Guarantee

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition—unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Garden Wisdom: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Insect & Pest Control products once opened, or any Grocery & Home consumable items. All holiday decorations must be returned with original packaging to qualify.

How to Cultivate Your Return or Exchange

Step 1: Prepare Your Package

Carefully repack your items in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. For delicate items like Outdoor Decor or Lighting, please use sufficient padding to prevent damage during return shipping.

Step 2: Contact Our Joy Cultivators

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please include the RMA number clearly on your package.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

When Your Refund Will Blossom

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Exchange items: Will be shipped once the return is received, with no additional shipping charges if the exchange is of equal or greater value

Special Growing Conditions

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at our expense.

International returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
